Return Process

  Log in to your account dashboard and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
